What is the problem?
Until the beginning of 2023, the roof of the Lotus Family’s house was as leaky as a basket. The family was constantly placing and emptying buckets of leaking water. That is why we completely renovated the outside of the roof, just in time for the monsoon rains.
The many long-term leaks have made the ceilings unsafe and caused a lot of water damage.
What is the solution?
Replacing all ceilings with (fire) safe material and repairing all water damage.
Phase two is the replacement of the ceilings and other water damage inside, because these can no longer be saved due to years of leaks. This phase is planned for the end of 2023.
What is the result?
The house is completely in order again, is in good condition again and is therefore even more pleasant to live and grow up in.
