What is the problem?

The monthly costs of the Second Home Child Outreach Program (SHCOP) are mainly funded by valued sponsors from Canada. Due to economic conditions, they are temporarily unable to raise sufficient funds to cover the running costs of the program.

What is the solution?

The solution is that 4 Smiling Faces will pay part of the monthly costs for the next six months. We do this because otherwise, the program would have to refuse children, send them away or – even worse – stop altogether. In view of the difficult situation the children are in, that is not an option, because they literally and figuratively have nowhere else to turn to.

What is the result?

The result is that SHCOP can continue with its beautiful work for children who really deserve it.
