What is the problem?

The running costs for the Second Home Child Outreach Program (SHCOP) are financed by sponsors from Canada. Due to circumstances beyond their control, they are temporarily unable to raise enough funds to keep the program going in the early month of 2020.

What is the solution?

The solution is that 4 Smiling Faces will pay for the shortfall for the time being. We do this because if we don’t, the SHCOP will have to turn kids away or – even worse – stop all together. In light of the very difficult circumstances the kids come from, that is not an option. They have nowhere else to go.

What is the result?

The result is that the SHCOP can continue its great work for deserving children.
