Windows & doors
During the 2015 earthquakes and subsequent aftershocks, the DRC building suffered great structural damage that has since been repaired. One of the things still to be done is repairing/replacing broken doors and windows that have since been broken, jamming, and don’t close properly. It is not safe, it has a bad influence on the inside climate (dampness and mold) and it doesn’t look good.
The solution is to repair if possible and replace if necessary. The aim is to have safe windows and doors that close properly and thus a better inside climate.
The work was done in September 2016.
