Kabir passed his final exams in 2025. Since early 2026, he has started a culinary/cooking course at the Kathmandu Technical School, which he will complete in the course of 2027. “This program aligns perfectly with my passion for the culinary arts and my ambition to become a professional chef. The world of hospitality and culinary creativity has always fascinated me. I derive joy from creating unique dining experiences, mastering diverse cuisines, and managing a professional kitchen.

During the program, I will gain practical experience in food preparation, kitchen management, and hospitality services. I also want to develop key skills such as leadership, teamwork, and effective communication—qualities that are essential for success in this dynamic field.

In addition to my personal goals, I am strongly motivated by the desire to help others. I believe that food has the power to bring people together, offer comfort, and create meaningful connections. I want to use my skills to make a positive difference—whether by mentoring aspiring chefs, supporting local food programs, or providing exceptional service that makes others happy.

With my diploma in hand, I see myself working in renowned kitchens around the world, where I can continue to grow, innovate, and make a lasting impact. Becoming a chef is for me more than a career goal – it is a way to express my creativity, serve others, and make a meaningful contribution to the global culinary community.”
