🌍💔 Children without a home, but not without hope. 🇳🇵👧👦
In Nepal, thousands of children grow up in children’s homes. Not always because they are orphans, but often because their families simply can’t take care of them — due to poverty, natural disasters, remote living conditions, social insecurity, and inequality.
These children miss not only their families, but also the warmth of a safe home and the personal attention that only a loving family can give (when it’s able to function well). Whithout help, their future opportunities are limited. 🎒📚💡Yet they dream. They want to become teachers, doctors, dancers — or simply… just be children. 💭✨That’s certainly true for the children in the homes that 4 Smiling Faces supports for many years. Despite the loving care they receive there, life remains difficult.
Let’s not forget these children. Together, we can contribute to better care, brighter futures, and—where possible—family reunification. Because every child deserves a chance. 🩷
